Since I have frequented these boards, it has come to my attention that you talk utter tosh!
The lad was starting to look half ok, however he really should not be considered for National duties.
Well not until he has a season behind him and or he no longer plays for a bottom three side.
He would benefit greatly from a move to one of the top four, playing week in week out with a better quality of team mate. |

I think the whole idea of the England elite squad is preparation for the next world cup in 2013 so the inclusion maybe isnt quite as baffling!  |

If that is the case then there are one or two baffling selections. I thought that the the elite 'list' was purely for drug testing purposes, hence the exclusion of Gareth Hock at the time. Surely at his age he would have been a shoe-in for the 2013 World Cup?
Tom Briscoe will unquestionably play for England going forward but it wont be this year and furthermore for people to insinuate that Briscoe played last saturday at the insistance of Tony Smith is a massive insult to Richard Agar. |

I was replying to the poster who claimed his selection was baffling for England due to Hulls current form. Not his selection for Hull. |
