I rate Radford, but he like most our forwards plays way to much. However, Tickle easily gets the award for over used. He misses lots of tackles and sometimes struggles to back play up, oh wait the whole pack do. I see a common occurance here.

We are amateur its as simple as that. We have an amateur set-up with an amateur coach and a squad with an attitude to suit.

I know Radford is one people see as a drinker but whenever I have spoken to him after a game he is genuinely dissapointed if we get beat, where as others in the squad think, oh well, i still got paid.

More talk of Agar being right to make big changes for next season. If I knew where to look I'd find out what the worst string of results was for a SL coach that DIDN'T result in the being relieved of their duties at a club not recently promoted. When we've lost 19 out of 23 as will no doubt be the case after the Bradford game, with just 3 senior players coming in and players like Tony and, inexplicably, Calderwood, potentially going out, where do the board see this sudden reversal of fortune being conjured up from? I personally think we need a more expensive overseas training camp as that worked wonders - £30k we'll never see again.

It's no different to other articles saying the team are being positive or had a good week in training or team spirit is great etc etc.

They are just words, we need to see positive action.

It's the same old spin we've had for the last 2 seasons just under a different guise.

Do you think every player has it written into their contract that they have to take it in turns to pay lip service to the fans.
If they played as well as they all talk a good game we'd be top of the league.
