As i have said before, it isn't rocket science. Speak slowly don't shout it really isn't necessary, decide what you are going to say before you say it, when reading out the team sheet have a look at it first before trying it out on the crowd, respect the microphone it's there for a purpose (it means you don't have to screech) you are talking to a rugby league crowd not the audience for a commercial station breakfast show.
Given a little advice and training she would probably be ok, unfortunately she is symptomatic of the club at the moment, they know what they want but always employ the wrong people to do it.

| It made me laugh when I watched my recording the leeds game, before kick off, Eddie Hemmings was practically screaming at Steve to be heard over that lass waffling away in the background tee hee  made me giggle anyway |

The club really needs to employ somebody who can take control of these such things. An 'entertainment manager' or something like that. Maybe there is someone that does that at the minute, I dont know. I would criticise the pre-match entertainment if there was any...though maybe sorting out the pre-match entertainment AND the in-game entertainment at the same time is maybe too much to do at once

Neither club has ever properly replaced the late, great Martyn Hainstock. |

The way he rallied the crowd will take some beating.
Fat Steve Jordan and his Blonde mate are not even in the same League as Martyn.
Just an idea, but how about scrapping it. You have not got the people to do it so go back to having someone speak from inside where they can sit with a script and do the job properly without having to walk around flicking pages on a clip board trying to get the crowd going.
Leave that to the players and just read out the teams for fecks sake!!! |
