Anyway. Thorman was hung out to dry today in a vain attempt to cover up just how clueless our coach and DOR are. I have managed staff for twenty years and have never treat a member of my team as badly as that however poor they are! The guy is not an FC 7 but deserves better treatment than that, after all Rich youv'e been protecting him all season in the press. Both of you grow some and fall on your swords FFS!

I said months ago that Agar isnt the man for the job and still stand by that but a good 6 or 7 players in the squad need to go aswell as theres afair few who arent good enough anymore

Some big changes needed

I actually quite like the way our recruitment is going for next year (alledgedly all players of Agar's choosing) but at the same time think our coaching setup are way short of the standard required.

Hopefully, Agar will continue to sign what appear to be a promising set of new players, get rid of the trash (which is what supposedly is happening) and then gets replaced himself along with Sharp by a top quality coach

agar is a fookwit. he can blame the players all he wants but he is responsible for what goes on on the pitch. He'll never be a top quality coach whilst I have a hole in my 4rse

They feel sorry for themselves !!!- Is that because they get paid top money and just arnt good enough - We have to many players who are not SL Standard - Cas were better at ever aspect of the game then us and they are a middle of the table team.

Thats because they are prepared to graft for each other.They were having a field day first half,and we had no desire/answers.

Why do you think he deserves the chance? What positives has he brought to the club? What areas has he improved? Tell me what is better now than it was when sharp was in charge. Show me some evidence of his ability to manage and develop people? Evidence that he can motivate a group of players to perform at their best. Evidence he can evaluate the opposition and put together an effective game plan to nullify their threats and expose their weaknesses. Evidnece that he is able to effectively manage the resources at his disposal. That he can deal with the problems at the club. That he can see what is going wrong in a game and react to it.

He's had more than enough chances. We're abysmal. He isn't up to it. End of. Next season will see us slip further behind the top teams. Crowds will dwindle and the club will fall further into crisis.

is it really agar or that to$$er jon sharp that needs to go,i wouldnt say both though
