The website describes it as "the highly succesful short fans survey". Who were these 'short fans' they surveyed? What is wrong with asking taller fans their opinion? Will there be a separate survey for tall fans?

To be honest I'm not that impressed with the response. It's all very well having a Director on the phone once a week, but as a pass holder surely I'm entitled to a visit at my home. The said Director would then have to explain themselves to me regarding our signings policy, why Agar's still in a job, the Craig Hall affair, why did we let Briscoe go, why did we leave the Boulevard, why does the bloke who sits 4 seats from me keep getting up to go to the toilet, etc, etc, etc.
Yet again the club comes up with half measures. Why only 3 forums a year. It should be 3 a week, so we could let them know how we really feel.
I think it proves how out of touch Kaff & Rule really are, & how little they care about our once great club.

In all honesty, I think thats a bit rich really. The club has replied to the survey results when it could have been easier to say nothing, its obvious that the Boards lack of interaction the lack of chances for the fans to face the club, etc were high on the gripes sent in and for me they have been addressed much better than we could have hoped. I just think that it is a step in the right direction, and they have got the actions back pretty quickly really I dont think that it is anything to do with the ISA idea. Fc Voices lobbied the club about an open Survey but I have to say I don't expect evn they thought they would get a response such as this.

They have of course to keep to their pronmised reply times etc. But it is a good move forward!

The KCFM show is all well and good, but I think that it should be with a presenter that is independent of the club. Clark now has a conflict of interest and both he and Rule will continue to read from a pre-written script.

Great to see that the club acknowledge what the fans have to say and have put steps in place to improve areas of concern.

I think it's also great, that despite Rule saying several times that they don't acknowledge or take seriously fans message boards (ie this one) that they most certainly do, well at least the sensible posts. Why else would the club announce these improvements the day before the first HISA meeting for a couple of years. Coincidence? I think not.

Can't ask for any more than the response the club has put out - an excellent set of actions, going further than the vast majority would have expected. Also great news that that the response rate was so high - 2,400 replies is a brilliant result on which the club can base its actions.

Obviously to gain credibility, the club has to deliver what it said it would and we can't judge that yet, but well done the club so far.
