I think you can just sign anyone you want as the quota rules are so complex that the RFL won't know anyway

o'meley's been very poor this season.

if true that would mean cusack, berrigan, fitzgibbon, lauaki and o'meley the 5 quota and manu now fed trained so a place for a non fed (moa?)
