| Agar has nine super league wins under his belt since he took over as coach and 19 defeats - a worse record than both Kear and Sharp - and the team are getting gradually worse each week. The irony of Brough intercepting Thorman's pass last night wasnt lost on anyone. Whatsmore we play better rugby at the end of a game, by which time they're playing by instinct rather than trying to stick to whatever the coach's game plan is.
Agar has to go - no doubt about it
is it worth us losing against Salford if it means the board are forced to move?

And by the way tried to give my season pass to several family members and friends, all looked at me rather strange and pulled a face.'"
It wont just be a one man protest

Do you think Radford should be involved in the coaching side , he's done a good job at East Hull (obviously a much lower level) or do you think the failure on the pitch will weigh against him?

Its an option but i dont think we should. Im happy with his performances on the pitch but im not sure what he would bring to the coaching side of the game. Depends whether he has the ability to motivate our lacklustre players.

He has been able to motivate East Hull but whether his teamates would respond to him one cannot say.
If offered the opportunity he would no doubt give it 100% though and may well surprise a few people - especially some of the players who reside in the 'comfort zone'.
It is well known that a coaching career is an aim of his.

There has been no evidence of him motivating the team on the pitch in his capacity as captain.

Maybe so but rugby wasn't anywhere near as depressing back then. I reckon Kear will have a job in the Super League as long as he wants one. Can you say the same for any of our coaching staff?

Perhaps the reason that Kear is a huge success at Wakefield and EVERY fan regards him as tremendous head coach is that he has the full backing and support of the board. Last week he had the balls to suspend our best player and most gifted prop at a time when we had lost 4 out of 5 league games and had an injury list that was horrendous. Top man and top coach.
Will you make the top 8?

Rugby wasnt depressing was mainly because we won some games and actually tried throwing the ball about very occasionally.
