How can people actually have a dig at Mcrae in his final season had it not being for injuries we would have being 2nd in the league and remember we lost a close quarter final with Saints at KR in CC which arguably was there toughest match of there run to the cup.

Year on year we made big improvements except 2003 when we were again massively injury hit and missed the play-offs.And he signed some good players Raynor,Carvell,Dowes,Best and Mcmenmey to name a few and played a big part in the devoplmet of Horne,Cooke and King.

Our magnificent board didnt want him though maybe a few could enlighten me why?

One thing that does hack me off a tad is when Phil Clarke says that certain teams tries are worth more than 4 points because of the skill level involved .

I know it is just his way of stating it was a good score , but I do find it rather irksome.

I never had a problem with Mcrae, ok we may not have won things but we played decent rugby that did not send you to sleep.
