Yup i know, but my point was that Quins with give him a 2 or 3 year deal and then loan him to us for the remaining 2 years of his study. Same as they did with Worrincy and Mcarthy-Scarsbrook i believe. |

Yup. I think you have to pay a fee for any player under 21 regardless of whether they're OOC or not. |

Yup, if the player is contracted the clubs can agree a fee or he cant go. If the player isnt contracted and the club doesnt want him to go i think the RFL tribunal sets a fee. |
