| i've got another question.
Once went up to gateshead for a charity shield match. It was many years ago now(possible 30 years ago now, if not more). I prosume it involved Hull and another team. But for the life of me i cant remember. They say that you lose your marbles as you get older.  lol. Can anyone help? |

It was against Wigan as Smiggs says, in August 1991.
It was also Mark Jones' debut and he became the first British blood bin replacement, coming on for Steve McNamara. |

I know Wigan won. I also recollect a grassy hill and a pretty decent attempt at 'Oops Upside Your Head'.
Can't remember much else except I had a hell of a hangover on the way up after too many Pangalactics in Spiders the night before.
