For the first fove games Horne & Thorman played realy well together...but the pack were also on top of every game.

Both are quality players but like everyone know's neither of then are a SH. For the short term we have to keep them both fit & play them as half backs as we have no other choice. I do however think we need to bring in washy/whiting as a ball playing looseman to take some pressure of the them!!

I have none really but my opinion based on experience, just that both Orford and his representatives have said that reaching a deal with Manly is there priority as he would prefer to stay in Aus, but if it does boil down to the money the UK is were he will end up, we would nto be able to compete with the likes of Warrington and Wigan, he will be one of the most in demand players in the world.

I know he originally priced himself out of a move but you dont start low to go high - perhaps he realised he wont get Matt King silly money and lowere his asking price.

They work to the same pay restrictions as us, and the rest of the SL clubs

Im not saying its a good thing to do and maybe Hull take a more sensible approach (Considering Matt King is an example of this) but the clubs mentioned have proved that they are willing to use massive chunks of there salary cap in the past.

So Matt Orford signs for 2 seasons, then who do we go for?

If my FC loving mate is right you need to be looking nearer to home, maybe a club with HU in the name and not us
