Continuously, in the context I provided, does not mean every play. It means every game or two. And, at least every couple of games, he does come up with a big error, mainly a completely unnecessary penalty or a ridiculous attempt at an offload. Combined with his general lack of effectiveness in most games, I think that renders him surplus to requirements.

Radders had a cr@p season as did most of our team, however Radders on form is a graffter who is dedicated to the game.

I would have liked the club to have waited till next season with offering a contract to Radford . With a few players ooc next season ,We have a great chance of making some big changes to the squad .
