I admire the optimism with the ‘major’ retailers but the way the current retail market is going and the online sales continuing to change shopping habits, coupled with current political and economic landscape it may prove a hard sell. Look at the major retailers that have disappeared in the last few years either altogether or significantly reduced their high street presence.
