It wasn't even close. Said this a few pages back.
We were sat in the East stand right on line with the try line. He lost it about a foot from the floor. Didn't get anywhere near grounding it. Not a single person around us could understand how it was given, bias aside, it just wasn't a try.
I thought the last try was a bit dodgy too. Bentham gave it without a single thought. At that speed it would have been incredibly difficult for him to be 100% certain it was a try, in which case I'd have thought if there was any doubt (in games with no video ref) it should be disallowed.

TBF the Ellis pass to Tanaloa which resulted in Shaul scoring looks well forward on the video so I guess you win some you lose some. I'd like to see Tanaloa's disallowed try again. Looked ok to me on the night and I thought he really deserved it.
