All pass renewals are being handled by the shop not the ticket office (not sure if AP is bypassing the SMC this year) so you need to go in there. I went in today and renewed by DD but was told that officially the renewal start date is 3rd Sept, I was given a hand written receipt for my first DD payment, although my Mum who paid in full (cash) received a till receipt. Key fob for discount offers and swipe card (officially your pass) for entry to home games will follow.

A few people were in the shop today who hadn't received their renewal pack, everything seems a bit topsy turvy atm, shop staff were saying that they are going to need extra help if they are to deal with pass renewals and shop sales at the same time. Could get quite interesting when things get busy.

Seems an unusual decision, as I always thought that getting 'free' ticket office staff was one of the perks of our SMC deal.
