If there is a drinking culture and it is not frowned upon by the coaching staff (at least) then that would be reason enough to get rid of the coaching staff before any of the players at fault.

BOTH!!!!!!-it's maybe now,coming towards the end of the season,that they are all looking at themselves and realising that with all these new signings some will be shown the door,whether they are contracted or not.
