| We really are bad aren't we discipline wise.
Up for a charge on tackling our own player.
Really - these jokers are in charge of our sport.
The standard of reffing is not better at amateur level. I went to watch U15's yesterday, and saw a player sin binned, and then one sent off for no obvious reasons, then a player from the other team nearly takes someones head off, and gets away with a talking to

| Apart from the obvious error in naming a Wakefield player, the timing of the 'offence' is not clear ie the ' nd minute'.
So not only was the referee not minded to punish the Sheffield player,if this is the case where an injury occurred to Arundel after a tackle by a Sheffield player, but the MRP,also.
Seemed a plethora of Wakefield players from the same game and either a shoulder charge is not acceptable,or it is.
I still don't think it correct for a coach to draw attention to an incident and attempt to 'persuade' a Match Review Panel.
I await further information..

| To be fair, I've watched the replay a few times and there doesn't appear any intent to do harm. It looks like the tackle is complete and Arundel is just shuffling watching the ref for the call, when their man hit the side of his legs.
Poor technique maybe but looks like unfortunate timing to me, it was a bit unnecessary though.

| Trinity website..
Offender George Tyson..(4)..to be honest I didn't like the look of the hit behind his upper leg area whilst Arundel was virtually stood still up right in the tackle with two already on him.I've seen less in other tackles (Arona at St.Helens) that have led to bans...

| Talking with MC tonight and both agreed that the tackle was unnecessary and warranted disciplinary action.

He broke out of the tackle and went in again and hit where the legs don't bend. Should have been disciplined in my opinion.

| I don't think there was any malice or intent to injure, but it was completely unnecessary and considering previous incidents extremely reckless so deserved to be punished. Taking Arona incident on board he was only banned because the scouse mong Cunnigham whined about it (much like Powell in round one).

| Don't care what the disciplinary panel say ...when I saw it live I thought it was bad and the video confirms it. How the plankton at the rfl can give arena 2 matches for a perfectly legal tackle and not punish this beggars belief. Didn't they state something about duty of care regarding the arona tackle? How is leaving the initial tackle to attack the leg of a stationary opponent legal? This decision just feeds my paranoia along with some of the refereeing we have had to endure this season.... the rfl are either out to get us , incompetent or both.
