| Can anyone explain the rubbish kick offs once again he did a good one using the grounds wet pitch and London dropped it. Then he reverted back to his garbage hang time kick offs. Sammut must play next week we can't have a player just in a team to make smith look good.

Thought Sykes played well. Still can't come to terms with people on here thinking Sammutt is the second coming. He is an average player.

| Sammut should have at least been on the bench.

Probably as he would make a good water carrier.

| We know sammuts not a world beater and that he can have an off day a bit on the regular side. For me he's a decent player and could form a very good partnership with smith.

| Conditions dictated you put the ball along the floor instead of hoisting it London did that in the 1st half and got points through doing so.We on the other hand were playing like it was a dry day I do belive had it been a dry day we would have run away with it the last 10 mins some of the London players were blowing that would have been magnified with a faster game in the dry.

| Moan moan moan its like a broken record on here.
If nothing changes and we don't improve in a months time then by all means have a pop.
Give Webster a chance and support him and the club.

| We couldn't understand the distance of his drop outs which seemed well below what he has achieved in the past

Is that because the sodden ground absorbs some of the energy from the ball ?

| Sykes had a good game and his goalkicking in the conditions was excellent. London handled the conditions better than we did in the first half but it's a win and Sykes played his part.
Whatever you say about Sykes he does work well with Smith!

Sykes played well as he has for most of the season.
He is and always will be an undervalued player by some - why? Who know who cares.

| Wouldnt mind Sykes going into the centres for now. I know he is not the answer long term but he has played in the outside backs for most of his career, and he is the nearest thing he have to a centre right now for me. Our lack of proper centres i think blunts our attack a lot of the time as we have 2 back rowers playing there. The injuries to Collis and to an extent Ali have really hurt our attacking game out wide this season.

| When Smithy did the face ball to Owen you can tell he was shocked because since our injuries of Ali and Collis we dont really use our outside backs often.

That's what we assumed but the amount of strapping he took off during the first few minutes suggested an injury. All in all he did well given the conditions
