Well Done to all the loyal Wakefield fans that turned up to the Wigan game yesterday. Yes they lost but atleast they put in a decent effort and even Broadbent was getting involved in the Warm ups.

We did put the effort in yeterday which was pleasing and if you take the first 5 and last 8 of the first half out of it, it was an even game and we matched them.

Actually I was told there was 87+dog,proud to say my son and myself was 2 of them.Trin played really well,proud of them.Score doesn't reflect the effort put in by all the squad.You can talk to me till your blue in the face,but I'm Wakey till I die,I will never slag a Trin player.............ever.

fair play to the guy with the guide dog, 1st time i've ever noticed it at a game. From where I was sat he was certainly enjoying himself getting behind you

apparently there used to be a guy at Central Park sat in the dougie stand. His mate was a top notch commentator to make sure he got the full effect of the game

Yeah, Barry Bulsara is his nickname, he's a bit of a legend! Very colourful at times!

Commentator counted 87 true fans but he did say a few more trickled in and could have been over a 100.

At least three in the East stand (me, and I saw two others in shirts). So that makes 108.

I think the worst away turnout I've ever seen watching Trin was about 400 versus Leeds in the CC a few years back. Sometimes it's hard to tell when you're in the same stand.

Best away SL matches I've been to were probably Shudds (chance for top) when we took about 2,500+ (top spot chance,) Salford 2,000 (last day) and Hull 1,700 (playoff).

I think we might have pushed 2,000 against Cas/Leeds a few times. Hard to tell when home fans are mixed in.

Seem to remember we had 2,988 at the KC a couple of seasons back.
