| I'm guessing putting someone who is not a prop and has left us for Widnes at number 8 was a mistake??
Paul Johnson perhaps?

| If Morrison doesn`t re-sign who will captain us next season, I can`t see an obvious choice in the above, thoughts?

Possibly Murphy, purely for how he plays the game and to reward his loyalty at the beginning of the season. I know he’s not the greatest orator, but I can’t see any other choice unless the vacant 6 position is filled by an experienced player.

| Howarth perhaps another option. I believe he captained the Wigan reserves.

Big Frankie?
He has the right mentality for me in terms of how he plays the game - not sure about his communication skills though.
Smurph, bless him, would be too embarrassed.

| Good job that we bumped off hudds in getting the signature of Walshaw, would have been a shame to have seen him at hudds.
Well done Walshaw and club. Hopefully he will work hard and figure next season at some point.

He's a great prospect - reminds me a bit of Rhys Evans at Wire and used properly, could have a similar impact.

Also i would prefer Morton to Semi i think he could be quite good given more game time.'"
Actually know Josh an he aint the sulking type,Just one of the the young new breed of Proffesional Athletes. He moved north with his whole family when he was just a kid to help his brother settle. He loves his rugby an he loves life up north, but rugby dont last forever.

I agree. Ive met him a few times and he always come across as bright and professional.
Plus he loves his time at Wakey and has always denied signing with Crusaders.
Chinese whispers and all that IMO.

I think Korky is without a club at the end of the season, his loan to us as part of the Brough deal brought him to the end of his 3 year contract at Hudds.

| Just got back from two weeks in Cuba and everything has gone mad. Riots everywhere and we are signing players. Brilliant news (the signings not the riots).

So what if he did though? Why on earth would he not of done given the chance he's only young can't imagine he's got a nest egg to fall back on had we been a goner. He was ok early dooors and has fallen off a bit. Not convinced he's a centre or winger but it's hard to tell where anyone plays best in a poor side sometimes. He seems willing though and I wouldn't be disappointed if he were here next year

I agree, but some on here seemed intent to slate him for something not that out of order
that he didnt actually do!
FWIW He's very keen to stay at Wakey and I would be happy to keep him.
