| Quote: Trebor "isn't this all simple- Kyle wants to concentrate on what he's good at and that's rugby. He'll make his mind up on whether he wants to be a bit player for leeds or a regular for the Mighty Trin at the end of the season. Until then we should support him and make sure he knows what a fantastic club we are and that he can have a huge part in our future. Lets hope the club get a couple of top class props on board for kyle to see who he'll be working with and hope he signs.'"
Totally agree and should start this sunday getting behind the lads and Kyle in particular at this time.

| Quote: wildshot "My concern is that if he is going back to Leeds then announcing it now is not good. Fans may not be quite as gracious to him if they know he is not here next year. Some may interpret it as though he would rather not be here.
If he wanted to stay at Wakefield then announcing it now will not do any harm to his standing with Wakefield fans, only enhance it. To be fair if he said he was staying here it would be no skin off the nose of Leeds fans. If he said now he was playing at Leeds next year people may question his committment and wonder why he is being picked if he is not part of the future development of the team.
Whilst this is all conjecture, my instinct is that no announcement now is probably political rather than indecisive.
The alternative is that his agent can't agree a deal yet with either club.
Who knows?'"
Are your fans really that fickle that they are ready to turn on him at the hint he might return to Leeds?
Personally I'd want him back to have an extended run playing with JP and Kylie before they both retire but like you say - who knows?
Is he joining the playing staff at Wembley again? Could be a head-turner!

I think unofficially he's off back to Leeds. That was a rumour coming out of wakefield before the end of season announcement was made. If he's chance to go back to leeds think he will take it to be honest especially if as expected some forwards leave

The point is that IF he is going back to Leeds (as we suspect he is) then the most important thing for Wakefield is to ensure we have the right squad for next season and not wait until after he's gone before finding adequate replacement.
As mentioned previously, we waited for Gareth Ellis to "make his mind up" and when he finally decided that he was going, it left a hole that we couldn't fill.
It took 2 1/2 seasons to recover.
So jog on Ryano and lick your wounds from last Monday

| There is a real need to sign two big NRL standard barnstorming props now before the announcement over Kyle whether we lose him or not. Its sends a message to the player himself and the WTW fans that big things are happening at Wakefield. I wouldn't want to hear that we are developing players from our reserve grade to take over from Kyle as that would not be enough to ensure progression.

Hopefully Agar will have been in contact with some of the Bradford props.

| I expect WTW to be doing all they can to persuade Kyle to stay and if it's underhanded i'm all for it. If him and his agent are doing this to get a bit more money then good on them as he's done it on the field and should be given a contract worthy of his performances.

| I hope Kyle does stay but i dont think we will hear either way for a while. My gut feeling is we will announce players for next season that coincide with the increments on the season ticket prices!

| Their new prop has his sights on playing for England. Well done McNamara you clown, now in a couple of years time we'll have an international team full of overpaid, average auzzies/kiwis who can't get into their international teams. Well done.
