Maybe they've spoken with the match officials, maybe there is an eye injury consistent with an eye gouge? All you need to do is wait. The RFL write up the reasoning for their findings on their website. It will be on that. There might be no case to find? I'm assuming it's not one person's word against the other as you would expect to see 'no charge'.

What if, for example, contact was made with his eyes during the melee that he willfully and deliberately put himself in the middle of, but it wasn't Scott Moore? Or he copped one in the face, but it wasn't a deliberate gouge? If it's a one against one then I think there would and should be a 'no charge'. It doesn't mean that it didn't happen. If a robbery happens and it isn't caught on camera and it's the victim's word against the robber then it still happened.

No if he was trying to tell him about an eye gauge he would have as the fight broke up.he only went moaning to the ref when he got sent off so obviously disagreeing about the decision.he did nothing to suggest he had been poked in the eye.

There is no fact in your statement to be true or false only your maybes and assumptions which you conclude would make him guilty even if there is no evidence.

Why is it that when a lower team starts to improve the RFL desides that not Going happen while one of their four teams are in the lower half, they then try a player 2weeks later for throwing a punch when he is under a pile bodies.
