The West Terrace DOES need doing - it's awful. But there is order that the ducks need to be put in.
I would have liked it done before the North re-furb, but again, there will be reasons why it is that way.'"
I never said the East stand should not be replaced ,so dont make out I did.
For what its worth i agree with you, we could have left the North stand as I think most home supporters are happy with that. The north stand refurbishment money should hsve been spent on the West side instead.
Plus the view from the new stand looking over at the West side will still give the impression half the ground is still a dump

Bit touchy, eh?!
I haven't "made out" anything.
I'm not sure what you are arguing with. The East HAS to be done first.
Whether or not the West could/should have been done before the North is immaterial - the North is getting done.
FWIW - Minards explained at the forum - for the want of a £300-500K drop in funding/build costs, the West could possibly have been done in this phase.

I’m glad you’re not delivering messages to me Luppy. It was near enough a full house tonight, and at the end the audience showed their appreciation for an honest Q&A session, yes there was some awkward questions asked mainly regarding recruitment both good and bad, Minns will leave at the end of season and thanked everyone for giving him n opportunity in SL. still in contract talks with a number of players, the company that installed the temporary seats couldn’t provide a Temporary roof, but club looking for possible alternatives for next season. JM confirmed it will be a hybrid pitch to be laid in the close season. Question on full time squad if relegated, MC couldn’t say yes or no at this time because the championship clubs haven’t been told what their funding will be next season.MC really disappointed that should relegation happen then 10 years of hard work on producing a top Academy side will just go to pot. Question about second half performances, is it a fitness thing, WP explained that coaching staff and players have discussed this and game statistics show there’s little between first and second half intensity. Obviously there was more discussion, I hope others will add to this, I did notice work has started on removing the roof of East stand, and the meat pies tonight were really nice

But apart from that it was a waste of time...
Also revealed that Ken Davy props Hudds up to the tune of £2.5m per year.
Carter doesn't like Jon Wilkin. Quite likes Brian Carney.
C4 deal doesn't provide any real funding to clubs. Worth less than a £1m per year.
Fan fines have cost the club big money over the last few year's.
Lineham is Chester's fault - forced into 3 year deal - Carter hopes he does amazing for Fev and comes back all-guns-blazing next year (read this as hope he does amazing and Fev keep him).
Poching wants Crowther at LF, but needs to use his versatility at this time. Really missing Liam Kaye.
Lino basically refused to play hooker.

Hybrid pitch? I thought it was going to be a 4G pitch so that we can rent out and maximise it. If it’s going to be hybrid does that affect the usage.
The academy would be a travesty but I would hope a number of the current crop that show promise would be brought into the first team squad for 2023. Young homegrown players would hopefully make up the nucleus of a championship team if we face that.
I’m glad that part time isn’t the only option and there may be the option to build a competitive team should the unthinkable happen.

Over 100 at least there mate. The 1st comments on Facebook were the usual sarky one liners. Fuller info was added as the grown ups got logged on.

Wasn’t a waste of time, around 2 hours with a small interval in between. Very informative on what’s going on at the club, where they are aiming to be and a few other things.
Really enjoyed it and hope it was a confident boost for Willie/the players, having all but one or two back them with applaud.
Cameron Munster was a shock, how they kept that quiet I’ll never know.

| MC said the pitch would allow 30 to 40 hours a week of use.

The hybrid will allow 30 hours of use per week.
Still in dialogue with Wakefield FC and an amateur community club who want 2 nights a week for training.
Hybrid, IMO, is better than full synthetic.
