Why do you keep asking people for answers. Your such a self confessed expert you should know.
If you don’t just read the WMDC planning site that me an umpteen others have been pointing you to for over a year and stop wasting everyone’s time.

| There were so many people there I didn't get chance to talk to JM or MC. Wasn't that kind of night.
Really enjoyed it.
5 players drafted into the Hall of Fame.
Nigel Bell, clearly a popular choice
Les Sheard. Great full back of the 70s for those that remember
Len Marson, the Hooker who played in the 1946 Cup final
Gerry Round, great full back in the great team of the 60s.
And then a surprise one when they awarded one to Terry Crook...... That one is greatly deserved.
There were over 60 ex players there, from Ken Rollin, who the Rollin Shack is named after from the 50s and 60s to the current players.
They had an interview session with Gary Price, Gareth Ellis, Willie Poaching and Danny Kirmond.
I could have listened to them all night.
Best comment from Ellis when asked about receiving players player of the year at Wests Tigers 3 times. He said he wasn't the best player in the team (with the likes of Benji Marshall there) but he tried to be the kind of player his team mates wanted to play with. Wise words.
Not sure why but MC was on crutches, as of course was Kershaw. Bill looked good though.

That’s ironic that’s the reason I couldn’t make it though I’m not the one currently in a wheelchair ( it’s the wife).
Maybe Scarlet nobbled him

| Unfortunately, “The New Stadium Update” thread is still locked, so we’ll have to continue stadium discussions on here for now. There’s a good report by JM in today’s League Express regarding the ground, and a little bit of clarity regarding the South end hospitality boxes.
JM says A new East Stand which will provide 2,500 seats, will take us beyond minimum standards and will include changing rooms other match day related rooms, and a hospitality suite behind the seats with a glass wall.On match days people will dine in there and walk out in the seats just in front.
We will retain the boxes we have on the south stand. The facility will be available as a conference venue and as a 300 seater restaurant. It will be a stand alone go-to venue for Wakefield for the rest of the year.
I’m not 100% sure what is meant by a stand alone go-to venue. All I can wish for is a successful outcome.

My guess is that it will be rented out to the general business community for non-sport-related activities, Conferences/Exhibitions/Meetings/Parties/Auctions/Marriages etc.
There will also be a fair bit of office space going free at the back of the flats. These could be rented out to small start-up businesses at a fairly competitive rent with more than ample parking.
I'm guessing they may employ a facilities manager to run all this. I actually work at a facility similar to this though I'd say it was more prestigious. So I'll estimate it at about 50% of value.
If run well with say 90% office space occupancy and 90% rental for venue space it could pull in between 1 - 2k pm maybe? PURE GUESS but just to give a flavour, so that's £200,000 PA as an average, then say 120k after costs. That money goes a long way to paying off the mortgage which in turn frees up cash for players.
That's how I see it but may be miles off.

That would look and be nice.
As I mentioned previously, just like how they use theirs at Warrington.
