Brisbane Broncos have released a shirt that’s gone down a storm. It looks amazing. I would love if we could do a similar one but with darker shades of red as a magic shirt or alternative shirt next season. It would be simply amazing. 


It could have small prints of the trinity logo incorporated and/or a larger one on the back. 


If we get into playoffs this year could even make a special playoff shirt in that design. Though more plausible for 2026.

Looks mint doesn’t it. I was watching the highlights of them against the Gold Coast yesterday and they looked like the All Blacks from behind with the big bold white  numbers on the back. 


Gutted Smoothy isn’t getting much game time. Be nice to watch him this year.  

That’s why I started following them just to see Smoothy but he’s only had 2 games and been 18th man every week. Think he got MOTM in a Queensland cup game. It may be because he’s leaving but he usually plays around 15 games I think. 

The shirt though is amazing and if we end up with a similar design I would be overjoyed and buy it instantly. They do look like the allblacks.

It's a commemorative design for Mental Health round I think. At first glance it looks good, but when you think about it, no sponsor would agree to having their logo in black for playoffs/a whole season, and you wouldn't be able to immediately tell it's Trinity, which is my obsession with shirts. That's why I like both our shirts this year - home and away it's recognisably us.

Fair point. That’s why I suggested red shades instead of black. You could also adjust the shades to slightly enhance sponsors if needed. Problem solved with sponsors and identifying colour. We don’t have enough red shirts over the years but generally perform well in them. 

I like the ones we have.


If we ever went this way I'd still only want it as the third shirt.
