A leaders been missing all season , I just don't see the right kind of character in the team at the moment to assume the role. Our total lack of forms provided the perfect opportunity for players to shrink in to the background , if we had a natural leader he would have shown his face well before now.

Widnes found out today I would say, H K R great result the week before Wembley.
Bradford what a result, problems at Salford.
Halifax still capable of a shock result or two me thinks.

Half a team out against Widnes and we've come up trumps, seemingly unearthing a talent in Matty Marsh at scrum half. I'm just glad a week after Wembley for us, the Wakey game isn't as big as it once was, we could be even more dangerous against you lot.

Am I right in thinking that if a player is sin binned then he cannot be cited later as it is classed as having been dealt with by the ref at the time of the incident. Any refs (proper ones not terrace refs) know ??

Not sure on that mate.

However unless my memory fails me when the video ref system came in, it was only to look at trys. In this game we got it to look at just about everything, including the Sio incident. All the officials missed it and it was the video ref that made the call, so who knows the laws of our game seem to change on a match by match basis.

I'm pretty certain they look at all incidents independently. No matter what the on field decision was.

Exactly !!!!! they are running the game. How long before every knock on , dodgy tackle, foot in touch etc etc is checked.
Because even when the ref calls an incident they go back and over rule him, its getting to be a farce.

In fact I will go one further. I will put money on this happening in the near future. A ref will give a try they will look at the incident and whilst the kicker is preparing for the conversion the try will be over ruled.

They can't rule over a forward pass or have things changed ??
