| Croft looked to have dislocated his shoulder at the end. Shame, he had an excellent game.

| Quote: PopTart "I know some will moan about the score but we were the better team for a lot of that game.
They only scored through our mistakes. If Dagger had stayed on it could have been different but at least we are still in contention with points difference.
Was impressed with Croft and Kershaw.'"
Really disappointed.
We gave them four tries - the one near the end of the 1st half was a shocker - [iwhy[/i try and offload the ball there and at that point at the end of the half????
Thought Croft, Kersh and Griffin did well - Dave played some big mins and put great effort in.
Felt like it was a chance missed - didn't think they were any great shakes, but you can't gift any team tries like we did and then bombed a few ourselves!

Croft looked a different player today, great centre play to put his winger in for two walk ins with quick hands. I like Lyne but he plays like a back rower, and would probably make that transition well.
I can’t remember the last time we had a good centre that creates chances for his winger , Dean Collis ?
Very happy to leave Croft and Kershaw on the right edge until end of season.'"

| Watching highlights.
Saints second try Scarsbrook was a few yards offside. He challenged for the ball. Should have been chalked off. Only seems trinity are offside from kicks.
Ultimately 3 mistakes cost us 3 try’s plus this terrible decision.
Shame about Croft as him and Kershaw were very good on their edge.

Couldn't believe that wasn't given - could even see that from the North Stand!!

| Having watched the game from the Northstand and listening to some of the drivel from some of our so called supporters. I even heard that we should have picked Lineham at Halfback (I could not believe that I heard that) and the slagging off of some of our players . Personally I enjoyed the game and thought we gave stains a good game ( Sean Long ? ) If not for a few unforced errors and a try given when an attacking player was offside (LMC) with luck we could have won that game. If they turn round and say that they didnt play there best game it wasnt because they were bad bad it was because we didnt let them. MOTM Bopper, Mason Lino, and Matty Ashurst.

| Tough call on players being drafted in to stem the tide and expected to perform miracles, it was never going to happen in reality. Crofts was decent ,but up against Percival it was always going to be a tough ask, And for me that’s the standard he needs to aim for going forwards . No one can fault the enthusiasm of Franco ,but brain farts at crucial times cost us dearly as did Eseh’s ball losses I feel ,but he also put a ferocious tackling stint in .If Lino’s wayward pass had found it target it was a certain walk in try , if Dagger hadn’t have got injured, lots of ifs and buts to mull over in the coming days . We were up against a battle hardened team in Saints and we came up short but there is no disgrace in that as many a team can testify to ,but for us especially it was a bitter pill as a bit more composure at crucial times may have had the desired effect

Looks nasty but I've gotta say, he's committed to the tackle. I don't know how players are supposed to pull out in this situation.

I disagree. It's not like he was off his feet with momentum. He consciously hit him after the ball had gone.
Look at it the other way round. If Hurrell had the ball, would he have had time to side step him? I think he would
No good to us now though. Dagger out and Hurrell ban won't affect us at all.

Which is why a video ref is needed at all games.

Doesn’t even look like a proper tackle to me, irrespective of lateness
