I hope this sentence goes a long way to help people realise why there is not much sympathy from a large amount of Wakey fans.

| There are people out of work not to mention all the poor buggers who have bought a season ticket, a bit more class required.

| Just think, a new club called Bradford Phoenix could possibly be in the million pound game in less than a year and in Super League next season!!!!! Talk about preferential treatment.

Yep there are people out of work now but why wasn't the administrator inviting bids for players?
As far as I'm aware, there had been nothing about having to sell players to help with debts.

| A simple bye round with an 11 team championship is a potential solution.

| Terrible news for Bradford, and a sad day for rugby league as a whole. I've some great memories of watching Wakefield at Odsal.
On the flip side a carte Blanche to give a new club in Bradford a spot in the championship is just ridiculous. Fair enough allow Bradford Bulls to remain in the league with a 12 point deduction. But it is only right that any new team start at the bottom and work their way up. It also would ensure a new club has the financial base to grow. Rangers FC is a good example for this situation.

| The rfls quick statement seems to say they have someone lined up? In rle the chief executive of Rotherham titans says he would buy the club if it went into liquidation... they should start from the bottom and a club which has kept solvent take their place!

They shouldn't be able to, but they will be allowed to

| How can the RFL be independent? They have a vested interest.

That's my thinking too. No players, no club, no managers, no owners, no sponsors, no kit, no staff, no equipment. But because the RFL own the lease on the ground they want them to play at then they're going to be permitted to remain in the championship with only a points deduction applied

| The administrators statement Is iinteresting that even up to last night they were hopeful of a deal but with a million pound of debt And commitments of another million for 2017 season things were not viable with the current business model
His comment that " the days when a club operates at a loss and then reimbursed by an wealthy patron should be gone" must be news to some clubs

| It's deja-vu, I recall that this happened round about 1963/64 when the old Bradford Northern died and a new Bradford Northern was created. I believe Wakefield Trinity were very kind to the club in getting them back on their feet by releasing Ian Brooke to them.
I've no sympathy for the Bulls or their staff. Just how many times can this be allowed to happen? If their fans are that keen to watch RL there are six clubs within ten miles of Bradford who would welcome their support.
Having just watched the sycophantic report on Calendar I feel like vomiting!!!
