Wonder how long a high court judgement will take to process?

Wonder if they'll use the same legal team they used for the Iestyn Harris job?

And cost, this is getting pathetic now and Bradford Bulls should be ashamed of themselves.

The behaviour and relentless scamming by this club makes us look like the best run club in the world.

Either they are part of the RL or they are not. They signed up for all this, they had their appeal but now it doesn't suit they won't play ball.

What happens if come appeal time they are still more than six points behind, will they appeal that decision also?
I dont have an issue with them taking legal preceedings by the way.
I dont believe them, but then again i don't believe the RFL either.

But surely the Bulls gave the right for that when they agreed to the rules regarding insolvency etc. You can't just opt in and out as it suits. That's how I see it anyways.

It would have been cheaper for Marc Green to just write off his debt in the first place at this rate.

Correct. Case to point - Cas Tigers 2006 and points deduction for Wigan in 2007. CT could have taken legal but didn't due to the terms of SL membership.

Lets concentrate on our own games and make it impossible for us to go down what ever the final outcome.

I really hope the cost of all this spirals out of control and bankrupts them again.
