But from what Trinitarian says above, that is not going to be the case !!!

That indicates the area of the northeastern corner, I asked about that specifically earlier as I posted.
If you have any questions ring the club.

| I think Tricky Dick Wright needs to give his head a shake, making a mountain out of a mole hill, a lot of clubs have home and away ends...?? get a grip some Cas fans are saying we are doing because its Castleford , I real think it would be better having one side of the ground as a home end, if we get new ground have home end away end sides mixed.. lets make north stand the home end..

The map clearly shows that the orange areas are for away fans.

| I think the main issue from Castleford fans is the fact this has been announced a matter of days before the match, when the majority have already bought tickets.
No one is saying Wakefield fans can't make the North Stand their own, that's fine, most clubs do it. But tickets have been sold to both home and away fans on the condition they have general admission which allows them to stand where they want, which has been the case for X years. I'm all for this at future games, when fans know [ibefore [/ithey have bought tickets where they can and can't stand but I just think it creates more problems.
What if a Castleford fan takes his Wakefield supporting son to the game, both wearing the respective colours? What if I go with an old college friend, who's a Wakefield fan?
I imagine there are probably legal implications too, although I think most people have more pressing matters!
Personally, I'm not that fussed as I'm going regardless.

| The area not under cover at the east end of the north standing area will accomodate about 50 fans, so there will be away fans 'under the covers'

| Ok far as I can see we all paid the same price, so what is the diffrence , but if you want a special ticket for that part of the ground, then so be it, the extra cost can be put on the away ticket.. we still got mixed areas , you have a choice for your ticket Cas end or Mixed end bargain.. what more do you want directors box...

| I have to say its pretty poor. Should have left it alone and let Wakefield fans either fill the area or not.
I would have had security there to enforce good behaviour
What I will say is that the gates will be jammed because Cas fans parking over near the cemetary will come across their normal route and aim for the gates at that side. If they are not wearing colours, how will anyone know. What are they going to do if some family have gone through and then the last one has a Cas shirt? Just creating problem swhere there were none.
In addition, Wakefield fans come in from Doncaster Road side will have to walk in front of the away fans. Hardly segregation. Its begging for abuse and missiles.
Bad decision Wakefield

| Jeeez. They (fans in general not just Cas) moan about the state of Belle Vue, you do something about it and they moan its effecting where they stand on there annual visit to the said dump!! If this decision has changed any Cas fans mind about going then i think you need to give your head a shake.
If anybody, i feel for the Wakey fans that have stood in the specific areas effected, for however many years and are now gonna have to move somewhere else.
PS i am sure if you're a Wakey fan going with a Cas fan, a bit of common sense and i think you may just get by the stewards!!

| widlycat-my point was, many people have already bought tickets.
Imagine you buy a ticket to see Titanic (hey, we all love a good love story don't we ) a week today at Cineworld in Westgate Retail Park. You've always been able to sit where you want at Cineworld (apart from the VIP boxes), and you like to get there early to get a good seat. Then on Tuesday you receive an email telling you, you can only sit in certain seats. Wouldn't you be a bit peeved off?

I understand your thinking, but the club has to act in the best way for all concerned and with the changes that have taken place, they deem this to be the best way forward.
the situation isnt helped by an expected sell out crowd, although there was no hassle when we played Catalans a couple of weeks ago
