Maybe he's off contract at the end of season and a contract elsewhere is better than nothing. Maybe Kear wants him as cover and has said he won't work him over..?
He's at the back end of his career so he has to take what he can get. Just look at Paul Johnson (crusaders). He's gone in a similar direction but hasn't been able to keep his level up which has seen him ending up with the team at the bottom of the league and don't think he's playing everyweek. |
