Thats because if you talked to anyone with links to the Castleford Stadium, And The council around Christmas time, They knew back then that the ground was going to have to be a groundshare, and they are pretty certain its going to be at Glasshoughton. I know the club are telling players the ground will start getting built there in 2012, And that we will gain another franchise when plans are finalised

The only reason RW is welcoming the feasibility study is as he knows it will bring out GH as the favoured site, As Newmarket will get rejected when it reaches public enquiry

This post says everything the majority of us had already worked out and seems to be perfect evidence of Wakey being shafted by both the RFL and the Council. How can a groundshare at GH be muted at Christmas when Yorkcourt had only just revealed the Newmarket plans (and why is it necessary if Cas have the funding as everyone keeps telling us). How can Cas be so sure they will get a further franchise when the criteria haven't been released yet (and surely starting building in 2012 is going to be too late)

Another question, if GH is so far along why is it going to take another 1 and a quarter years for building to start? I am sure that subject to the outline planning going through NM would be starting building long before 2012.

Clearly a share at GH would be the end of the club as Dicky Wright is only using us as a means to an end.
Let shope the club stick to their guns on this and refuse a groundshare. We should tell Box and his cronies not to waste their money on a feasibility study which isn't going to make a blind bit of difference, cos we ain't sharing at GH. He should either withdraw the offer of the land loan from both clubs and let us get on with our separate projects or find someway to justify giving it all to Cas (which is what he has wanted to do all along)

Cannot understand why Cas fans are so cocky that GH will be chosen ... and even less why our fans think a great development like NM is dead in the water!!
