I'm not upset about Atkins going, if the lad wants to go then let him. Would have prefered him to go to Leeds though or Saints, not that I dislike Warrington, but I just think he's chosen the wrong club.

Why can't people accept that players come and go. We picked up Atkins for 20k i believe and we've now sold him for 150k, a 130k profit!! It's not exactely like we've lost out

The lad has given 100% for this club since he's been here and whilst it may not have always materialised in Man of the Match performances he hasn't let anyone down. If other clubs come sniffing and want to pay inflated prices that's up to them.

I'll be hoping that Ryan and the rest of the squad can do well in the play-offs to sign off in style. Whatever happens i'll give them all a good send off because that's what they all deserve for performing so well this season.

The club's main aim is to run at a profit. If they have bought a player for 20k and sold him for 150k then i consider that to be good business.

yea I want the club to go forward . We will make a profit without that anyway finishing 5th/6th . We have the 3/4th least wage bill in the league.

You already have when we are running at a loss.

There has to be some balancing out involved. We have made the top 6 - our best season in 5 years at least - and our crowds have dropped!

We haven't made a profit this season. Infact the gates are down by about a 1,000 i believe.

Its a fact we need the money whether the money will all be spent on players or not the club needs it.

I would rather give contracts to the youngsters than see his wage go up every year. He was already on top club money and I for one was fed up with the annual Atkins is off this year.

good luck to ryan would of liked him to stay but understand why he as gone although ithought it wasnt right for him to be in front of the cammras in his warrington t shirt and holding the scarf while he still as big games to play for us
