| Absolutely made up with TJ coming home. 4 years too. That’s a huge commitment from both sides and expecting he will be an England player for a few years to come.

| Apparently they have tried to re-sign him however no one really knows where he is, he was last seen with his head out of a window of a 16 seat bus driving round Cumbria

| Looks like the next bit of ground work, alongside the rolling shack, will be terracing Infront of the hospitality block. I must admit, I thought when we had the temporary seating there it looked quite smart. Be interesting to see if it will be standing and how far they can go up without blocking the view from the first level of the blocks. It might be an option to (if needed) block the first floor off from view if it increases capacity etc, not sure without looking at it properly!

Often thought that would be a great option. The seating was quite shallow so perhaps not the best view, terracing there would be OK with a decent rake. Perhaps could get 500 spaces there.

| Couple of bits that spring to mind...
Powell never felt at home at Wire.
He was tasked with changing the culture of entitlement...told the owners what what that would do...
Players who were told they wouldn't be staying then de-stabilised the squad, caused rifts...
Said he would never do that again.
Powell/Mills said that at Wire, big club, but everything done by committee...at Wakefield = one Boss = Ellis.
Mills said loads of signings, that would excite fans made for next year and that Ellis would like to announce them all now, but (with a few digs a few clubs), we would stick to protocol and announce in due course.
Loads of plans for stadium - Rollin Shack defo done this closed season, wants terrace in front of S/Stand. Planning going in for W/Stand (but didn't really say what).
Changed his mind on N/Stand - originally envisaged concessions at top, but now realises it delivers most demand for spectator numbers, so will maximise terrace.
No point improving back of NS, until the the area can be done as a whole. Would be a waste of money.
Talking to WMDC about developing a training base.
Previous owners misled about what the pitch could handle through winter. They also signed crap deals (Sheff Weds U21s), which Ellis has cancelled.
Has asked WMDC to explain why Cas have been facilitated with a "better" S106" agreement.
Mills - pressured RFL to change interpretation on Rodwell/Uele's UK eligibility.
Rules changed - Rodwell signed next day, despite SL interest. Rodwell honoured his word to the club.
Powell - Rodwell and Uele are SL standard already.
Mills - agents now contact club saying "player x wants to come to you". Previously, no-one wanted to know.

| Also, Mills was asked about quota spots - was coy but said we already have spare quota space for next year.

I was told last week the club had managed to get quota dispention for one of the players as they played junior rugby in the UK, I automatically assumed it was Vagana with his dad having played over here but he would have been very young, unless he stayed a few more years after his retirement. I think the rules state they have to have played 2 or 3 years junior rugby in the UK, I'm not sure if there is a rule outside or it having to be before the age of 20.
