It is baffling to me as to why they are limiting club games on our league to season ticket holders only and not allowing other fans to pay to watch that game. I am a season ticket holder however I know a load that are not for one reason or another, but would still pay to watch the game? They are missing a potential income stream that could provide to be really valuable to clubs in the current circumstances.

This really is a major by the club or the RFL,or both.
The fact is, I have been a season ticker holder for a lifetime, not this season for personal reasons, will be again next year. I would gladly pay £10 to watch this.
Utter stupidity and crap financial management to fail to offer this.
Really very p*ssed off with the club today.

Nothing to do with the club its the RFL only offering it to season ticket holders of clubs via code you have to go via the club for a code as a season ticket holder

Our league app is dreadful. Have been looking forward to the game and all get is a few minutes of play follwed by ten minutes of buffering . Why is the game not on sky ! And dont get me started on the choice of a Giants employee as commentor. RFL should be ashamed of themselves. Couldn't organise a urination against a wall.

seems crazy my son wanted to watch the game in north yorkshire - was happy to pay, can't do it so we both watched it using my code and log in on the app sshhh

The ourleague app isn't great and whoever designed it wants shooting (not very user friendly).
The club should have been a little more proactive in getting the code out to S/T holders, which has been pretty poor.
After all the vest majority have paid in advance to watch games and sacrificed the cost of their ticket.

A decent pay per view option would be a great idea but,, it's a bit advanced for RL

Having said that, I'd have settled for a blank screen if we could just win or, be competitive.
After a decent opening 15/20 minutes, our heads seemed to drop as soon as they scored and not until the last 15 did we start to try anything.

For those that couldn't access the game, you were the lucky ones here.

I didn't have any issue wuth the app.

It's more about your WiFi than the app.

Not sure if it’s all down to the Wi Fi, the problem was just the same at the club house this afternoon, it just seemed every time it went down, Giants scored, I’m sure the club will have a decent broad bad set up. I felt sorry for the people at the club house, Paul in charge of the bar facility and the lady behind the bar have worked hard the past few weeks providing both meals and drinks when showing live Trinity games. There was a decent turn out watching today, all of us very disappointed with team performance, and the streaming problem, but I have nothing but praise for the hospitality staff.

It buffered for me just twice, no other issues, good HDMI pics watched on my telly from laptop.
If you had regular issues with buffering it will most likely be down to your connection not the app, check you haven’t got other devices connected to your WiFi and better still if you can connect directly to your router with a cable you’ll get a better connection

It kept buffering and went down twice for me but at 29 0 i decided to permanently close it down disgraceful all round
