I think it was Hardacre or they gave him a 5 match ban for the wrong reason. I think Peacock was for punching which apparently in his case does not mean the same as any other player up for the same offence.

Peacock was also caught on camera using foul and abusive language as well as a homophobic insult in the direction of the referee, it was in the same game against Warrington that Hardaker was caught and banned for the similar offence

Read the AUP, next time you abuse the swear filter you'll have trouble logging in.

I would urge anyone to look it up though - it was crystal clear that he was abusing the ref and the whole episode has been stone-walled by the RFL; looks like Hardaker is the scapegoat, to preserve JP's image as an ambassador for the game.
