| has wakefield got segregation now then ? i've always stood down the terrace at the side with 90% of the rest of our fans........didnt realise we were in the wrong place for away fans, many apologies !!
Hopefully the weather will be better this year and we can actually play rugby unlike your win last year ....which doesn't count cos of the weather   |

Most away fans chose to stand behind the sticks apart from the two Hull clubs who go down the west terrace.
There have never been enough Hudds fans for me to notice where they are - but if you require segregation I'm sure you can all stand on one of the balcony's in the flats and we will lock the door if that helps.

No, but that day was one of the few times I wished it had; they were two of the most objectionable, arrogant and obnoxious old tw@s it's ever been my misfortune to encounter at a RL ground; I think they escaped a clout only by virtue of being old.
Watching them slink off with their tails between their legs was a moment of sunshine in an otherwise wet and miserable day. |

No segregation at our place, stand where you like, or pay a couple of quid extra for a seat. It would be nice if your fans turned up in good number and not just bring a couple of car loads.
Make the effoert, your supposed to be a BIG club now

Away fans usually stand back of sticks on the north bank, the western terrace has in recent seasons become the Wakefield faithful terrace and now a roof for the chav corner. With the good form your in hopefully you'll bring a few and it'll be a good atmosphere. I'd stand on the north bank if I was you but there's no segregation

we've always stood on the side terrace, i've never ever stood behind the sticks at Wakey nor have any of the people i know that go - i know our away following is judged by how many are in the 'away end' at Wakey rather than down the sides.

also you hardly have a good support home or away so to judge ours makes me laugh

I'm happy to say that I'd rather watch in our 'dump' than in that soulless monstrosity you call home, any day of the week; as for poor support - we've smashed our ST sales for this season and took about 1800 people to the opening game of the season at Widnes; not bad going, for a team coming out of one of the worst seasons in memory. How about you? |

Neither side can brag about support and considering Wakefield is the only club where I've seen pther fans set upon giants fans I suggest neither can say their fans are all Angels either.

I've only seen Huddersfield at Wakey twice in the last 10 years, but on both occasions, the majority of your fans were in the area of the western terrace affectionately known as clowns' corner. I'm sure that's just a coincidence, though. It is close to the bogs - but bring a torch. |

us well our home support has nearly tripled since we have got back into super league, our away support has got better at certain places meaning were people would rather go obvs not many people like getting soaked and cold watching us normally put 50 on you but thats the way it goes
also you dont have to compete with a decent sized football club aswell

Every rugby league club has to compete with football clubs, mate. Except for Catalans, perhaps, but their competition comes from union. A lot of people in Wakey watch Leeds United. Not my cuppa, but there you go... |
