I like Moore - he's got just the right amount of dog in him and has loads of potential; at 22 however, he needs to start realising that potential and I'm not sure he's going to do that by either warming the bench at WTW or fannying about playing RU.

It's a quandary for Agar, but I'd like to see him get a chance to prove himself next season.

My point is you constantly bring that game up. Maybe moore did play well that day but most of our team played better than shudds, doesnt mean theyre any better or worse. It isnt kyles fault hes wanted by agar so why the little digs all the time? Fwiw id like gareth to stay and fight for his place

Good on Moore for saying he wants to fight for a place. I like him too in a lot of ways and reckon if given a chance will do a decent job but is he gonna get the chance unless there are injuries. I don't wanna see him at another club or in Rugby Union, the lad reminds me of a young starlet in the Broughy mould, if we can just nurture his talent and keep giving him a go in the side surely we will reap some huge benefit.

But, if Agar does give him a go and it doesn't come off, he'll get slated; as I said, a quandary!

For me though, players like Moore represent the future of WTW; no disrespect to Tim Smith, but he's a sticking plaster - Moore is either good enough, or he isn't, and 2012 has to be the season in which he answers that question.

according to a couple of the lads last weekend in wakey, he is not part of agar's plans and they reckon he will be on his way soon, against his wishes.

Bang on the money mate, He's asked Agar to let him prove he's better than what he has got, And to be given a chance to prove it ? But Agar's not interested he's mind is made up, He doesnt want him full stop !!!

He will end up in Rugby Union and that saddens me, so typical of a young talent losing out to overseas players.

If true this is a shame. To want to stay and fight for his place is a very commenable attitude and i'd like to see him given the chance to do so. I think he has a lot of potential and could in the future be very much an asset.

I hope he stays. He has the potential to be another Danny Brough.

reason I'm saying this my lad at his young age is trying to readopt to a new position, he is so used to playing that his physic is more adopt to a second row prop roll now and can't get where he would like to play as the players that are there are proving to be better

if this is the case he must find a club that he can shine if Agar has told him that he wouldn't be part of his set up, it sounds like the only chance is to wait for an injury in which case time can just pass by.

I admire the lad for digging in there but sounds like he has an up hill challenge

FWIW I hope he does stay and prove his critics wrong, if there is any fault that I can see with him is his size and build but we all know that Rob Burrow has proved there is a place for the smallest of guys
