I heard Daddy Cool only did one cartwheel last time out because he is on a really big contract and Elston is forcing him to do more while he also fell out with Agar because he got in the way once when they all ran out.
Clearly Agar has his favourites and wants Bullboy instead but there was a total stand up row about it in the board room and a potential big sponsor is threatening never to put money in if Daddy Cool continues to only do one cartwheel.

Apparently this is also why Mariano is leaving because he was caught hiding in the suit rather than doing sprints at training....

He was dropped at Magic Weekend against Castleford for Tautai, his contract is up and tbh I want him to atleast have another year as hes been playing well.

Think he had a thorough medical at Salford and not at Wakefield.

Poor signing IMHO even if he did come cheap. Any further squad trimming and he must be top of list surely.

As for Wilkes he deserves another 1 year contract, that try against Widnes was outstanding and he's been great at prop.

And covering at Second Row when needed.

As always with things like this, it all depends how much he wants and whether we've got someone better to replace. I thought he was pretty ordinary for the first half of the season tbh but has definitely been in good form of late & had some good games for us.

Does the player have any say in it? What if he doesn't want another year?

I have no idea why he's there. I haven't asked! But seen as he's a second rower who would you like him in front of out of Danny, Ali, frankie or tautai?

I would also say it's not that hard to rubbish something as complete ballcocks as was suggested! We aren't hull fc and no board member has ever attempted to influence team selection. End of.

That is your prerogative to think that Molloy shouldn't have been signed. It's oh so easy being a keyboard coach. Sometimes you take a chance with signing players. Some work some don't. For every molloy there will be an Aiton. Nobody had heard of him before RA brought him over. It's a lot easier with hindsight.

I would also add that do you honestly think the board puts their own hard earned cash in to deliberately waste it on signings. We are not a Wigan! We don't get the pick of players. Hence we have to gamble somewhat more trying to unearth players that work for us that might not have worked for other teams. Kyle amor and Danny Kirmond to a certain extent, being prime examples
