Not made my mind up about this signing ,Hope we are not going down the route of brining in old players again ,been tried and failed . Signing a 34 year old player in a position were we seemed well covered does not work for me It is two Props we need and .At least W Poaching was bringing down the age of the team in the forwards .Hope we are not going down the road of spending all the salary cap on Forwards .Know we have signed a stand off from the Championship ,but remember the players who have left were the main reason we stayed in S L

Apart from the umpteen over thirties already mentioned on this very thread, that Trinity have had success with through the years, plenty of Saints players are not spring chickens and they seem to do just fine.

Come in peace, Think you will find most ST players who are 33 year and still playing for them have been there for years .We have just signed a 33 year old .It does not work for us .Think there as only been one player in S L who we have signed near that age who you new was a match winner and was worth the money, and enjoyed watching and that was the second rower from Leeds ,Sorry
