| Quote: try scorer "OK chissit, can't see where the post was offending, I was at the game when Boston crippled foxy but I was also at the first round at knowsley road. start of the 60s cup final against hull an d then of course was the 63 finai win over Wigan that's two big wins and a 69 cchampionship final win at swinton is summat we haven't been capable of since them days, great memories them but it doesn't solve the problem we have finding a coach , can't see what avengers point is regarding the kellys , don't rate em that's my opinion is there a problem with that'"
Not wanting to get on the wrong side of the Mods and get the thread locked this is my last post to you, the post was only offending to you in as much as it contradicted your other one, I don't have a problem with your opinions, there as valid as anybody else's but if you have a problem with avenger's then please don't fudge your issue with him by including me.
As for that 69 championship final you went to at Swinton, they must have been very tired because that game at Swinton was replay of the final at Headingley where we drew 7-7 against Saints, the replay was 4 days later at Station Rd where we beat them 21-9 unfortunately for you that was in 1967 maybe your memory's not what it used to be, oh and fwiw I was at both games as I was the following year when we beat KR 17-10, in fact while I'm on a roll Iv'e watched Wakefield 5 times at Wembley winning 3 and losing 2, Iv'e saw 4 championship finals in the 60s. winning 2 and losing two, being Wigan60 and Hudds62, I think that trumps you

I'm sure WP said not on the radio the other night. Is your 'good source' MC or the office cat at Belle Vue?

| Can suggest a man who is available - great credentials - despises 5 drives and a kick and wants good old open RL.
Alan Hunte.

Also Wakefield born and bred!
Unfortunately I would be disappointed if he was appointed head coach.
Let's bring JD home!!

| I find it amusing how many people are 'in the know'. Nobody should know anything until an announcement is made.

| The only bits I've heard confirm that we are looking both home and abroad. It's not much, but it tells me the job is being done thoroughly and that will hopefully give us the best chance to secure the best man we can afford for the job!
There are lots of good candidates mentioned, but the number 1 priority is that they have a passion for taking this club forward. If Glen Morrison has accepted Mark Sawyers reply that it's 'not a good time for Dewsbury' then he's not our man. If he then screams 'foul' and makes it impossible for MS to prevent him from talking to us, then maybe he is the man!
Whoever it is has got to 'need' this job!
We are a historic club and, when I last looked, we were still in SL with as much chance to be here next year as 3 other sides in SL. Let's not undersell ourselves here!

There's no reason not to start today, and as your post implies the club are looking for the best man available, and if that is not Stu Dickens and I mention him simply because he's in charge atm, then he can still do himself a big favour by making the new coach want to keep him on the coaching staff.

Webster had apparently run out of ideas of how to address the slump according to this rag where Washbrook is interviewed...
www.dailystar.co.uk/rugby-league ... ings-right
Hope the new coach will look at player fitness/stamina, attitude and defensive structures.
I think Scott Anderson on his day is a great player for Trinity but he looks heavier now he has returned from injury. Paea had one match on live TV last week to show off his new hairdo (probably in response to Fui Fui) then doesn't play the next week with no explanation as to whether he's injured and Trinity squad are light in the front row today.

I wouldn't be surprised to be honest, its a job that can only look good on your cv. For one it shows you have plenty of fight and desire to take the job in the 1st place, keep us up and your value has doubled straight away, if we go down at least you did your best but we were too far gone in the first place so you either stay and try to bring us back up or move on with the experience under your belt.

I'm not, thanks to a slip by TRB many years ago I was revealed in full - no I've never forgiven him either
I had a choice - change my name on here, stop posting or stand by what I say. I chose the latter and since then Ive only been physically abused once and verbally half a dozen times. You learn to live with it though it curtails public appearances.
So go on who are you?
Be brave.
