The whole stadium things become a right load of tosh. Meeting after meeting with nothing to report . I couldn't care less of the outcome and don't expect any information that could even keep my interest .

My gripe is that people continually ask for the latest as if there's daily, weekly or monthly progress or changes. I do agree that the constant what's the latest request should be ignored unless there is earth shattering progress to report in which case I'm sure it would be reported without a prompt.
Maybe the mods should treat any what's the latest threads as trolling? |

The news that the ground is for sale was expected, and will hopefully lead to some acceleration of the process.
I speak for myself, but also as a member of the Trust, which includes Jonathan Stone, Sir Rodney, David Hinchliffe, Eric Timmins, Michael and Chris. Ian Bramley also attends as a visitor only so as to be independent of the Trust in certain actions. If you have any doubts as the actions or direction of the Trust I would hope that you can see from these names that each one of them is very much a supporter of our club (well almost all!). Whilst the outcome remains uncertain and negotiations are ongoing I neither can, nor will, divulge information which would otherwise damage our position - which is frustrating for all of us - and I'm sure any of those named can confirm that I have requested on numerous occasions that information be put out, only to find that the situation then changes once again!
If it seems like nothing much has happened, then on one level it hasn't, but behind the scenes it alters all the time.
We meet again tomorrow and whilst I cannot suggest that this means there will be any imminent news, you just never know in this process!'"

What i find most interesting of all was the paragraph in the YP that staying at a revamped Belle Vue was Michael Carters preferred option. Good. It is the preferred option of most people i speak to on the subject as well.

I think a revamped belle vue is most supporters best option....I for one cannot stand these all seater stadiums and have stopped traveling to many away games because of this...if we end up all seater somewhere I know two of us who wont be getting season tickets, and listening to a lot of supporters on the terracing ,they feel the same |

You can't stand at Old Trafford,Wembley etc,etc.The term Luddite comes to mind. Fair enough it is agonisingly frustrating waiting for news, but why attack those who at least have bothered to do something re. Stadium advancement.The mind boggles at such insensitive mindless attitudes.
