Thought the forwards were awesome. The thing with Dave coming on, it caused Shudds to change their defensive line to keep an eye on him, which then resulted in Jordy's try in the 2nd half.
Good to see PP play the full 80 again and get used in the way that he can be a handful for any team.

Randell clearly MOM with Jordy a close second and Pauli third for me...Had to feel for MCB, especially with the last drop, but the one before, from Tupou's pass, was up around his ear, so I think it harsh to blame him for that one.
Going back to Jordy, I think that was his best game for us yet and was that his first try for us ever, or just this season ??

Great all round performance forwards got on top , Randall best game since he arrived not just the tries but amazing work rate , tupou return made such a difference, crowther defensively excellent , pack got on top miller best game season to date , Hampshire really buzzing, lynne carried ball with real intent , forwards generally out played there opposite numbers. Sadly mcb had a total mare, it’s his major fault very rarely catches the 50-50 ball and that last pass was a walk in, not much point in being in support of you can’t catch the ball personally would drop him for kershaw, hopefully kirmond or ashurst will be fit to bolster squad next week - travelling to Perpignan with a much lighter step

I wouldn't be looking at playing Kirmond again to be honest but especially in the heat of southern France. How good was it last night to have a full rotation of subs available right up until the death. Last thing we need is being a player down from Kirmonds 1st collision.
