Because the sale contract was with Cala Homes & as things stand everything has been paid that has currently fallen due.
If Cala have passed ownership on & the club go into Administration before the contract is either fulfilled or an exit is negotiated then it will be up to the Administrator to sort out. |

If we take as true that the person who started this thread has indeed seen the land register details and reported the details correctly then our contract is with Tillion. The fact that Tillion has reached some deal with Carla is just not important. Our contract is with Tillion. If our friend from Cas is winding us up then I pity him. Suggest someone gets a copy of the register and posts it on here. As you suggest RDM it may be that Carla are mentioned.
