Cast your mind back to the Warrington away game at the end of last season. I'd rate that as the single worst individual performance in recent times.For our support to be able to mock a player as much as we did that day says a lot about how he played. Has everyone forgotten the quick tap which he dropped without anyone laying a finger on him followed by the "one Kevin Penny" chant?! He is turnip.

Maybe Kear could do a decent coaching job on him. In the past he turned Paul White into a decent winger so i don't see why he cant do the same with penny.

If you check on the Warrington site you'll find there's a lot of fans that dont want him to leave. He was also extremely popular with the fans at Widnes and Harlequins when he guested there. His defensive problems are, in my opinion, very much in the past but unfortunately he's still carrying that burden - and no doubt he will be targetted by other teams. However, he is the most exciting winger Ive seen for many years - and I wish he was staying. Trust me he's a good un.

Rumours around Cas today say you may be signing Wainwright and Higgins, good luck with that if its true

. Wainwright is a 100% player and trys his heart out every game but Higgins is not up to the mark. I suppose this will be one of the rumours you will hope is not true
