Trying to compare the Metrodome with a facility that's on the junctions of the M1 and M62 , plus it's own dedicated rail network, also on a leisure site (Excape) that's already proving itself to be one of the regions biggest draws is truly non-sensical.
IF, and still an IF a facilty like is proposed comes to fruition on that site, it would inevitably be a major attraction. |

Yep. Belle Vue was sold for what £3.6m or something alike to that? TRB will correct me on that I'm sure.
The Jungle is situated on valuable land, plus considering the size of it, offers much more scope for building on. |
