Have you been to the PI yet. I have and it's really interesting.

Someone should write a book about it - then in the film Hugh Grant could play AG, Danny Devito could be Ted - who would play the other characters?

I think I'm right in saying this week has gone better than we expected and what was most pleasing for me was the way WMDC are backing the project not being bullied by lcc and determined to see newmarket happen.

With all due respect, they'd look extremely stupid opposing it after passing the scheme....

With all due respect I never though they would oppose the scheme, but the professional way the WMDC have gone about proceedings at the PI has impressed me. They really want this project to happen and who can blame them these opportunitys dont come around that often

Having been thoroughly entertained on Thursday by LCCs pathetic objections, I think I'll wander down to the PI again on Tuesday afternoon and see what the NIMBYS can come up with
