I dont see anybody quoting 'statements of fact' just what they have heard, sometimes something they have said themselves and which then get exaggerated into more serious rumours, but all they are are rumours. Some of these have now got very nasty and personal. That is when I would expect a moderator to step in, not add more fuel to the fire that doesnt exist.

A £1.2 million first year loss, three winding up orders and a double figure amount of ccj's in the last 12 months tells everyone something is wrong somewhere. And the other stories that are going round from well connected people are reason to be worried. Its not about points scoring, its not about gloating, its about wanting to know what the hell is going on with OUR club AGAIN.

Its a good job we have a squad of players who are very happy with each other and the club, and who have been doing their best to get in the play offs this year, but have just fallen short.

I don't ask my neighbours to give me hundreds of pounds a year to watch what i do. If i did they could talk away.

The full sentence was 'if it is correct' which can also be intepreted as it might be a bag of site. Things happen in business that can cause some of the issues to rise to the surface and not all of them can be avoided. That doesnt always mean that the worst is happening. Most of the 'information' has been generated by THIS forum. I have been around long enough to know that 1% of the information on here turns out to be true and the rest........make up what you want seems to work for most.

I take it you'll be wanting a seat on the board for your hundreds of pounds then? Most of us just get to see 27 games and actually enjoy watching some of them!

I think you and I know it has been more than just that.

Most of the things haven't even appeared on this forum trust me and hopefully never will. It all feels very late 2010/early 2011 at the minute and we all know how that ended. Things are tough right now and the close season is the hardest time for a club. I'll leave it with i hope AG is right and we are through the worst of it. Time will tell if he is right.
