I?m looking forward to this one. Hopefully this will be an absolute belter of a game. 


This is a big game for trinity to propel us into top 6 with 2 teams around us who if we win we could be in top 4 after first 10 rounds with 12 points. 


I?m sure the players will be up for this one.

I normally want a good exciting game but this time I'll happily be bored when we run our 10th try in before half time 

IF we play to our potential Cas will not live with us but we need to be smarter than we have been!

Strange selection with Scott on the wing, expect Pratt to move out there instead. 

Quite an awful performance.  Scott is a carthorse. Awful decision to put him on the wing. 

Could see this a mile off. We all said same that Cas will target our right edge with Scott there. Absolutely shocking from Powell if there was other options.

Tonight it?s also glaringly obvious we need another halfback. And someone who can hopefully take the kicking boot off Lino. He?s just booting it and hoping yet again and even kicking backwards this week.

We're making Cas look like world beaters. Unforced errors, missed tackles, poor kicks and no real game plan. I saw the team announcement and wasn't convinced in the slightest.

This is painful watching.

How the **** did we win this game?! 

Makes a bit of a change, we've had a couple, we're it was how the **** did we lose that game, so swings and roundabouts. It was ugly, but I'll take it, just.

well I never thought I would say this but... Unlucky Cas... You gave everything especially in defence... But I remember this type of result when Trinity were struggling (which has been most of the 50+ years I've been a fan). As Powell said we were a bit dumb... But a win is a win... Now I can start packing to go to Sydney airport on Wednesday and start a month of being a proper Trinity fan again... See you in Perpignan, Magic and home vs Wire and Salford... ( I might be wearing my Sharks shirt (; ) 

I hope the first call that Powell is making is to find a halfback to partner Lino. Can?t keep playing Pitts out of position and not having a proper half to share the duties. 


You can?t move Max from 1 either. He?s just too valuable not to be there. 


Luckily the right edge improved that second half. 


I also think fitness played a part. Cas were gassed but we had some in the tank that last quarter. 


Johnstone and Faatili were excellent today. Uele also pretty good. 


Nikotemo, Smith and Rodwell look to have picked up injuries. I hope Smith is okay or we will be down to one 9. 


Rodwell was just about hitting his straps and looks dangerous today. Looked like his hamstring again so I hope it?s not another 6-8 week one. 


Please bring in a 6 though. These next few games could put us in top 4 if we can pull them outta the bag.
