Was interesting to read that Hull KR have found it very difficult to recruit loan players this week but have managed to get one guy from Saints in the end. Pleased Aydin is doing his bit for Leeds rather than Rovers. If we don't offer him a new contract I would say that he's more likely to end up at Rovers than Rhinos even without a two week loan. My preference would be for him to stay with us though.

But he's also not our worst prop. Earlier in the season I was quite happy to have him as one of the 4.

I do hope so. One of the few players this season who can hold his head up high, but another season would be too much IMHO. Great guy, great player, leave whilst people still think that way would be my advice, and that's even if we are Championship next season.

I think his super league career should be done at the end of the season but i think he could do another year at championship level if he wanted to be it with us or elsewhere.

Was having a conversation yesterday and mentioned that it seems most teams who travel to Toulouse appear to field weakened teams. Probably just a luck thing but would be nice if we had some luck like that lol.

Down to injuries/suspensions mate.
Hardaker, Sutcliffe, Austin and Sezer injured
Mustapha, Prior, Tetavano and Holroyd suspended.
No idea why they`ve not picked Aydin especially as he is only here for 2 weeks
Trust me we want the win as it puts us in with a shout for top 6.

I don't understand team selection at Trinity so I suppose I have no chance of understanding team selection at Leeds but I do wonder why a coach can let Walker who was to be a big star at one time go to Hull when he could have played full back in this game allowing Myler to play in the halves instead of Sinfield junior

But you watch the reactions of all the clubs this season. None appear to be panicking.

There is no way Leeds would have brought Smith in if relegation were ever a serious concern. Would Powell still be here. Did Toulouse seem the least bit bothered when they lost key players?

I’ve been critical of Poching but he picks his team like he’s testing them rather than chasing wins. It’s like he’s either rubbish as many including myself have suggested, or he knows something we don’t.

Finally there is MC, where is he? Not a peep yet I know he’s still totally involved in the background.

I may be totally wrong and these may be the ramblings of a desperate fan but this season feels like a set up to me.
